Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions, giving you the convenience of regular deliveries of your favorite Halo's Edge products.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don't wish to renew, simply cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time, provided changes are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. To make changes:
- Log in to your customer account and navigate to your active subscriptions, or
- Use the link in any of your order confirmation emails to manage your subscription directly.
