1.2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase or use our Products. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that purchasing and possessing kratom is legal in your state, county, or city. We do not ship Products to jurisdictions where kratom is restricted or banned. Orders placed from such locations will be cancelled.

1.3 Health & Product Disclaimers
Our Products contain kratom. These Products are not reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any kratom product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. You are solely responsible for determining whether Halo’s Edge Products are appropriate for you.

1.4 Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed only after valid payment is received.
  • Payment is accepted through approved third-party processors; we do not directly process credit card information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

1.5 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within the United States to locations where kratom is lawful.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when we deliver the order to the shipping carrier.
  • No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.
  • We respect federal, state, and city laws.
  • Our shipping restrictions are detailed below in the footer, and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.

1.6 Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our Products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify support@halosedge.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

All names, logos, packaging designs, website content, and other materials provided by Halo’s Edge are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
